what exercises can you do in a training program to build up to these movse and beyond, i really want to take up this skill, and am determined to go for it!

you need to get good at three things first...
push ups...regular and variation...research as many different push ups as you can
handstands...the chinese handstand is a great place to start
shoulder and upper chest strength...basically incline bench press and military presses are great places to start
