I totally agree with ye, Jennifer Maguire should not have bn fired, as she has amazing qualities other than her looks and deserved a second chance to show Sir Alan what she is really made of, Micheal should have got the sack for lying and his part with jenny with the tennis rackets sinario. Best to Luck to Jennifer & i hope her new business adventure will be a success as she deserves it.
I was shocked Jen M was fired. Alan was about to fire Michael (the chat beforehand where they said he was a complete waste of space) but at the beginning of the 'firing conversation', Alan had a flash of what HE was like when he was younger and found a similarity with Michael! What? Huge mistake.Alan had a go at Jen M saying she was turning on people to survive.What's wrong with being a survivor!Jen M was the best but it's a reminder that the best do not always win.A great shame and Alan's loss.

I agree with AllyBoy25, it's a shame Jenny M has gone, she's pretty hot. At least Sara is still on the show. Oh, and there's Claire lol :)
