i use fraps. its accepted by CA so its not as laggy as other recorders, but it still makes a lagg diffrence enough to get you killed 3-5 more times by lag then usual.

i just know this by experience, were im shoting some one from the back then i lag. when i lag they turn around im runin in place (laging) lol and they kill me.
