These make the best rolls!!! I highly recommend using both kinds of flour just because whole wheat bread is very dense and the two flours makes them very light and fluffy!!!
OMG.. these rolls turned out so good... i didn't know that I could make this... it was so easy...I did it by hand...and kept mixing 10 minutes straight... did anyone notice that there are no eggs in these..?... so no cholesterol... YUM!
I watched her and it looks like more than 1 Tablespoon. So I made the recipe with 2 T. of yeast. They turned out perfectly, just like the ones in the video. I have never been able to make fluffly rolls with ww flour before. I am thrilled!
Still confused is it 2tsp and 1/4 or is is 2 tbs??? Pleas help I will be making these tomrrow

how much yeast did she use? O:
also, could we mix it entirely by hand? I don't have the machine, but I really want to make some rolls.

@lyndalmw
that's impossible
one package of yeast is for 4 cups of flour and it is 2 teaspoons and 1/4
2 tablespoon would be like 3 packaged and would be for 10 cups of flour
