she doesn't perform it properly in any of the sequences...with a good Lachman's test, the heel should never come off of the table, or even move.

I would assume someone with an ACL tear will not be as cooperative during this test as the model in this video.

I think that she is doing it right. You can see that tibia has the patological movements.
It dosen't matter, how big her hands are!
