iwant to go here, last week my family and i took a tour on the crescent hotel, when we went down to the morgue, the guy giving us the tour turnd of tthe lights and asked for a sign, right away ifelt sumting touch and go up my leg, ijumped and screamed seconds later after that, the chair tht was in the room behind us, move RIGHT behind me, very scary ! i hope ican stay 2 nights at the crescent on halloween ! We stayed here June. It was awesome, but several times in the middle of the night our smoke detector went off. I totally freaked out and called maintenance and after an hour of waiting I called them again. They said they had knocked but nobody answered. When they did arrive I noticed that the chain lock had been removed. I know it was locked because I was video taping the whole night on my blackberry. My husband locking that chain is in footage. Needless to say we moved rooms that night.
My grandfather worked there in the 1920s. He was fired after he set a bed on fire after falling asleep in one of the rooms. I'm glad the hotel survived!!!
My husband and I stayed at the Basin Park several years ago. I can many time pick up "vibes" when there is something going on in a place. During our three days there, I didn't feel anything.
I do want to tour the Crescent though - maybe I will have better luck there.

That was 2010 may. I sent that photo to the ghost tour women. Also I counted 25 orbs on the 3rd floor. Some in the upstairs ballroom.

Me and my wife took the ghost tour. Got some photos. The door where the girls was seeing something I got a photo of a man outside that same door.
