Hey I found out on friday's episode that one daily double was in the $400 clue. So basically it's very very rare occasions.

Yes, I was about to tell ya that, extremely rare to have a daily double at the lowest amount of a category...though it is an easy clue depending on what the category is about, some people still get it wrong...
