i can do this really good. but you have to look out for the "gap" or "bridge" ..keep in mind that your holding your body with your upper back, so when you go down..a space b/w your back and the bench must be shown...but you did really good! keep it up!! and if you feel like your not getting enough air STOP IMMEDIATLY ..i almost knocked myself out a couple of times..
@CowbotSteveSpurs, yes slower is harder. For me going too slow tends to cause muscle cramps in my quads and calf muscles. Just a few reps is a really hard workout.
