I agree that Surah Rahman heals but I should also warn you that listening to it too much cmay have side effects. I am not sure if there are side effects but I have experienced both the destructive and constructive powers of this amazing Surah

@ranamuhammadatif : Kindly follow the method of listening given in this program, you just have to listen to it for seven consecutive days and after listening to it each time take half a glass of water and close your eyes, say Allah three times in your heart and drink the water in three sips and open your eyes. This is the complete way of listening Surah Rehman for healing as given in this program.

@ranamuhammadatif : Kindly note that this is a research done by Qalandar Baba Makhdom Syed Safdar Ali Bukhari-Kakian Wali Sarkar (R.A). He says that every word of Quran Radiates light and guidance, so it is not destructive but it is that radiation or "Jalal" which is the food of soul but the body cannot withstand it as it has it's own system, hence you should drink water every time in the prescribed manner to neutralize the energy and spread it over the body.

@ranamuhammadatif : this is why Qalandar Baba has limited the listening of the Surah in this method to 7 consecutive days only, as the radiation becomes to much for the body.

Verse 39 of Surah Rahman does the real trick, It just kicks the devils residing in or around you. It threatens them with a severe warning.

The other great verse I have found is verse 68 of Surah Maryam
