Are there any good books or websites for survivalist gardening? I refuse to buy 7 years worth of rice, beans, and MREs because 1)it's so cost prohibitive and 2)difficult to transport and hide. My only concern with gardening is the ground in these parts is mostly clay, and things like potatoes don't grow very well in low nutrient clay.
