  • To all the amateurs: Go play some HAWX. You're watching the wrong video.

  • It's Smashy and Nicey...."Show us your throddle mate".

  • hello guys, what is the best joystick from saitek that i can use for playing "IL2-cliffs of dover" ?? generally for such a game of old airplanes what could be the best ? can i also use the same way of splitting the screen ??? i appreciate your suggestions )

  • for the price it is why not just get a yoke with throttle and rudder pedals

  • I'm trying to figure out, if this joystick has "force feedback" or "vibration feedback"???

NOT "FORCE SENSING" I know that! already.

  • @MrGadgetolic You can't move the stick, so there is no real Force Feedback.

  • @MrGadgetolic Does not have force feedback. Sorry but, it has force sensing.

  • What's a "throddle"?

  • @DukeriesLad The Throttle is the thing in his left hand to "control the power" of the engine.

  • "The f-16 and the raptor use it, so it's totally realistic!" And because these two aircraft use this technology, which only a tiny percentage of real pilots will ever fly, this is seen as something totally realistic because it's "just like in the real world"?

If I want an "as real as it gets" simulator experience, I'm not going to buy this overpriced peice of garbage, just to fly about doing loopings with some fighterjet which I will never fly in real life anyway...

  • @JSAirways its called a combat control system, not an airliner system. The point of having a simulation for fighter is that you probly wont get the chance to really fly one. If you want something to fly other planes with, check out the pro-flight yoke systems.

  • How do you use the rudder on the joystick? Since the X-65F does not twist, do you have to purchase the rudder petals?

  • How do you get the screen stretched like that please help

  • Does the stick move at all

  • @Thekingswa747 No, like he said i remains completely rigid

  • people that are too poor to afford to fly real planez lololol.

  • @KiDFRANKKK

Because what? You just happen to be a super wealthy kid who trolls on youtube for the kicks while not flying his Citation?

  • @thekrunkymonkey1 umm yea actually you got it just right!

  • 400$

    lol

  • 400$

  • how do I connect three monitors to FSX

  • can you connect rudder peddals to the system

  • please answer someone :( how do i set up rapid fire on my r.a.t. 3?

  • For combat sims better is falcon4, lock on, jane's f/a18. FSX is best also for civilian, cargo and other planes.

I also using my X52PRO for FSX, Falcon4AF, EECH, i dont have good pc and i dont have DCS BS and DCS A10 because my graphic card is very poor.

  • if you but the x65 do you need to buy the x52 too?

  • @claton95 no, the x65F is a new joystick system, it comes with everything you saw in this video.

And people, please realize that this is the realistic way that these things work. I have been a pilot for 4 years and I can tell you that every plane I've been in with sticks work just like this. you wouldn't want your stick to be smashing into your legs or crotch while flying and honestly there isn't that much room for a stick that swings all over the place.

  • cool i like the ida of the force sencing but i dont fink it is for me it is jusn no real

  • @Spyah for example when one Engine has been damaged, you can Balance the plane.

  • It have been mentioned in some reviews, but just so you are 100% sure about it - you NEED to screw/mount it to your table/frame. When you look at this video - it seems controls are as light as a feather. Well, they are not. You will not be able to "gentlley" pull/push throttle - even on the slightest resistance ( there is a screw for that in the bottom ), it will be VERY heavy.

Other then that - it is a great product! Very solid, dont think i will break it any time soon.

  • How does it work on X-Plane running on a Mac?

  • nice demonstration, guys - if the sound quality would be better next time, it'll brilliant!

  • QUESTION; does the throttle have pots or hall effect sensors??

    i hate pots;-)

  • OMGOMGOMOM what flight sim is that?

  • @loliconagent Don't you have speakers? Its MS Flight Sim 10.

  • hmm I have the x52 pro and I'll not change. I dont like the fact of the stick is completly rigid.. I dont know, you cant "feel" the turns.. I dont like it.

  • Now I know where to spend my money )

  • Looks nice, byt way too expencive!

  • I didnt realise that modern fighters use these force sensistive flight sticks, but it makes perfect sense I suppose and that product looks very good!

  • Fucking awesome, but way too expensive. Drop the price by 50% and I'll buy it.

  • LIKE IT

    but to high price :_(

  • In what kind of situation would you use separate engine controls?

  • @Spyah reality?

  • i want that job

  • sorry to bother you but could u possibly tell me how to configure throttle 1 and to for the left and the right engine because throttle on controls all engines and throttle 2 does nothing

  • Heh. The comments are full of idiots that think that force sensing isn't realistic, and people that know what they're talking about correcting them.

  • its actually more realistic if the stick moves, not using a force sensor...

  • @alwaysFSX

Not for combat aircraft, which is what this stick is designed for. Many of those use force gauges rather than moving due to the high G-forces the pilot endures.

  • Would this work on a ps3 ? or is it only for pc.

  • @jcp1143 : ps3 is for games, this is simulation .

  • Pressure sticks are used in combat aircraft like the F-22. If it didn't work in real life I don't imagine they'd do that.

  • Pressure stick is no good - you need to be able to hold a stick position with no pressure - like a real aircraft - move then hold - with this stick you have to apply a constant force - impossible!

  • @FloodleObb then i guess flying the f-16 is impossible, huh?

  • @FloodleObb

This was modeled after real aircraft.

  • Hi MadCatz I have the Saitek X52 Flight System and i was wondering how do i zoom in and still look around?

  • I need to order replacement hats for my X-65F Pro Flight joystick. How can I go about ordering them. Thanks

  • when is the release of the cyborg RAT 9 in europe??!

  • @darkcobra013 Mad Catz only just announced today that we are beginning to ship the RAT 5 & 7 mice.

Unfortunately, we do not have a date yet on the release of the wireless RAT 9. Keep checking our official site (madcatz.com) or our Twitter accounts (GameSharkTweets or MadCatzInc) for updates on when we will release the 9.

  • @MadCatzCompany But will it be in june, july, august or later?

i Already bought mine R.A.T 9 at a shop here in holland. and they cant tell me a month. so i whas thinking to cancel the pre order and buy the R.A.T 7 if it will take month to release. because my old mouse G9 broke down a while a go and now i'm playing with a cheap crapy mouse. and that S*** a bit

  • @darkcobra013 I have the RAT9 :) If you live in the netherlands you can buy it at Alternate already
