That train featured crossing Simms Street I'm guessing is the same one that runs across Wadsworth Boulevard at about 64th. Those tracks run right behind my friend's backyard there along Alta Vista Drive & it was great seeing trains that close up, especially at night they would just shake everything.
The hoppers and gondolas look like they are completely covered in black carbon exhaust from the diesel engines.

I love those solid sets of Grande Tunnel motors. That's how a coal train on the front range should look!
