I think the word "immoral" is what makes his answer wrong. Whatever a "ho" is, immorality isn't really part of the definition—unless you want to get into the whole slut-shaming thing.

"Rake" fits much better, because rakes are not only promiscuous but also characterized by their lack of responsibility and their willingness to hurt people to get what they want.
