The device does drip a little and clogs every once in a while and I can see where it would DEFINITELY be easier if you had help applying the product. After I finally finished the application, I did like the color. HOWEVER, I get the SAME results from my $7.00 Jergens self tanning foam. To Sunlove company, you have done yourself no favors by posting your ridiculous responses. Sometimes you say it best, when you say nothing at all.

P.S. Great way to fix "flubbed feet" when tanning.....spread a little tanner lightly on one of a large round make up sponges. It has to be the dense kind of sponge, not "holey" kind. Then lightly pass over the feet and ankles. It usually fixes everything and you can do the tops of your hands that way, too, with no need to wash afterwards.

great review. thanks for this! i'm always looking for new and better tanning products. i would be careful if you have like an acrylic type tub basin, as opposed to a ceramic.... those tubs will stain with tanning products. and splash from cleaning the tub right after usually ruins your tan! that's why i just do versaspa now. but i'm hoping some day there will be something easy to use at home :o)

Good review Sarah! I've never used Sunlove's products though I have used sally hansen; of course it turned out orange as do most of the ones you can buy in drug stores or walmart.

It's funny because in this country we try to get tan but in places like Thailand or the Philippines they use skin bleach to get more pale.

Thanks for your honest review. This is NOT a company I choose to deal with. Customer service is number 1 with me and I refuse to buy from and support a company that priovides much less than that. There are too many good self tanners on the market to choose from. There is no reason to deal with this company. SunLove, stop being defensive and work on building your customer service. You will go out of business if you don't.

I think the experiences with the company should be shared due to so many people having bad experiences. Their product might be great but customer service is SO important. I ordered from sunlove and never got the product too. I only got a refund after I filed a fraud charge with my credit card company. Sunlove completely ignored my numerous calls and emails. Don't do it!! There are other self tanners out there that after you pay for them might actually turn up in the mail!!

I bought this product last year! I was pleased with the results because, just like you, I'm pretty fair in colour. It's easier when someone helps you out with the application. A HUGE negative I found out after maybe 8-10 usage, is that the air can was empty! I contacted the company and they said to keep the finger on the trigger and DO NOT press and release so much. I wish there was a TIPS note or something like that that came with the product to explain this. Now I'm left with a HUGE ammount

I tried to order from SunLove and it was legitimately the worse customer service experience I have ever had. I was never sent the product, sent several emails, tried to contact them through phone #'s given to the credit companies....I wanted to like this product but eventually just had to call my card to have them take it off.

I followed the reviews of multiple gurus on this product and bought it. I was highly disappointed it was very messy; leaked out of the canister; the aersol was not enough for the amount of self tanner they provided; and you could not order refills - only the entire system. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Don't waste your money.

@a3ee1700 there is a banana boat spray tan that is amazing. DO NOT ORDER from this company.... They will not ship order for months. I had to contact the better business bureau before they shipped my order (took about 6 months). The banana boat is 8 bucks. the sephora brand spray mist is AMAZING too and is only 12 dollars.... hope that helps!! :)

I ordered from sunlove not too long ago. Sunlove never ended up shipping there product to me.. I WAS given a refund but only after I kept bugging and bugging for about 2 and a half months.. Not the greatest customer service if you ask me.

@lovelylouro I enjoyed it truthfully. They also offer a SunLove in a can - more portable and a lot easier to use. It looks like a hair spray bottle sort of. I believe it's half the price too. I can't stand the smell of self tanners but this one didn't smell like that at all. Regular self tanning smells make me gag LOL!
