My LDL came in at 195 190 mg/dL at my last checkup, and my doc said I had better get it under control or I would have to go on a statin drug. I guess I thought that my days of eating good food were over. But what is great about Sterolyn is that I'm not totally forbidden to eat the kinds of foods I enjoy. It actually can have a cheesesteak or some buffalo wings from time to time, and my cholesterol is still down. I've gotten my LDL down to 130 ml/dl, which I didn't think I could ever do.
