Yes it is, the company that made it, From Software, is a smaller one so they focused on one console. in the asian territories it was published by Sony, but they didn't see a market for it overseas. The amount of imports made Atlus decide to publish it in NA, still only for the PS3. Release date is Oct 6, there is a standard and a deluxe edition
