  • Mike do you do enemas or colonics at all?

  • Very inspiring.. The one person who dislikes this has some issues.

  • Thank you for this video! Once I stopped drinking tea with caffeine and I had major headaches for about three days and it went away the same when I stopped eating processed foods I feel alot better now and having to go through that pain is a definite incentive to not go back.

  • niacin (not amid) helps get rid of sun radiation especially if taken in conjunction with other vits. & min.

  • i have a runny nose transitioning vegan anyone have that?

  • @woleteselassie Yeah, and a sore throat.

  • @woleteselassie off course this nose is getting help to get rid of bad stuff. Good change!

  • i am doing the fruitarian thing too atm and it's going pretty well except some bloating and i am on the toilet like 10 times a day, up from like 3 times before. I did lot's of raw vegetables before that but not so much fruit, maybe 1kg fruit a day or so. Also after eating a certain amount of fruit i get a burning sensation in the stomach which goes away after 5 minutes. Thats about it.

Thanks for the video, it helps me to stay put and not giving up !

  • Never do ANYTHING drasticly in your life, EVER! Our body is not build to overcome a drastic change very quick, healthy. Change is always rather slow. Do it not in a rush and you will be fine.

  • I did a juicing fast of juiced veggies and fruits for 20 days, day one I had headaches after day 3 they were gone. I got hunger pains then headaches if I did not eat before the fast, now I get hunger pains but not as intense as I was before the fast and no more headaches. Now being on days 21 I'm moving back to eating raw fruits and veggies, and I went from 250 down to 231. I do feel better now....

  • This is great:))!

  • AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS !!! Great videos :-)

  • Thanks for the motivation. I am transitioning from high raw after 3 years to the 80/10/10 thing. Since I started eating loads of fruit my stomach is really doing a number on me. I cut the fats waaay down at that time as well. I sure hope my stomach doesn't feel this way for 3 months. I feel intuitively that it's a good change so I shall see.

  • Detoxing SUCKS. Ugh. Gotta pay the cost to be the boss.

  • 2:12 I have exactly this in my left nostril at the present moment since many months. A concave "hole" that really seem to constantly eject garbage - often little bloody - in and around it. It feels really good to remove "crap" out of it but it is very annoying at the same time.

  • @TheSuperAstro I am experiencing exactly the same at the moment. Left nostril; bloody boogers. So weird!

How u doin now? Still fulltime fruitarian?

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop Yep! Still full time. I'm mostly on organic galia melons and watermelon last few days, I wish I could live on that for many months I have been feeling amazing! Ate close to 3000 calories a day and feel a lot of things going on in my body! Still some stuff in my nose but not as bad as a few weeks ago. My sleep gets more regular, the sun I got last weekend helps much, it's been raining since then though... oh the Summer is coming!!!

  • @TheSuperAstro Im so glad to hear that u are feeling amazing! Do u also feel high on fruit? Just like u said I feel a lot of things going on in my body aswell. For me its Apples that have the most effect for cleaning the body, do you have any advice for me maybe? I hope u get really healthy man, for me its like: Happiness = True Health. Pce

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop Yeah man I couldn't agree more. Happiness = true health.

I love apples, but the season is late Fall. I find that I can't find good ones these days unless they come from South America.

I just realized the importance of balancing alkalizing and acidifying fruits. It seems to me that many fruits are slightly acidifying and a few are alkalizying (watermelon, grapefruit, lime, lemon, fig, ...).

I spent a LOT of time outside lately and I'm feeling divine, love love love the Sun! :)

  • @TheSuperAstro Haha, to me u feel like ur a positive person! Love it! Its interesting what u said about alkalyzing and acidifying fruits, why is it so important to have that balance? Im just curious to learn :)!

Yeah, I love the sun too! Btw.. Im still transitioning and not too strong about my diet.. I eat 90% fruit and sometimes some potato chips.. and I notice that I get negative thoughts by eating salty things. Its good because now I got motivation to stop it. Thanks for replying! Pce

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop Good to hear that!

That's the strongest motivation I had and still have along my diet improvement journey, once I started noticing how certain foods make me feel I never stopped trying to improve

About acidifying/alkalizing, what happened is that I had a LOT of galia melons last 2 weeks, and at the end they started getting over ripe with some alcohol in them! They made me feel good right after I ate them (tipsy!) but I noticed the strong acidifying effect it had after some days

  • would you recomend turning from ovo-lacto vegetarian to fruitarian?

  • @meatpuppetsk8

I did, and I am an elite junior triple jumper. When I was a vegetarian (ignorantly on whey protein and creatine) I was 6'0" 165 jumping 40/41 feet. While I was at 4.5% body fat at that time now I'm in the low 150lbs and sub 3% body fat and my performance has shot through the roof (low 50s and improving). Think about how slow you'd be if you where to run with 10lb ankle weights, most people do (fat), and think about what your potential could be when you lose that crap.

  • Give it a shot, i talked a lot of shit about fruitarianism until i tried it. I'm not full fruitarian and i dont plan to be. i have 4 meals a day, 1st meal is watermelon, blueberries, honey dew, and shredded wheat. post workout i'll eat oranges, watermelon, blueberries , and cantaloupe. then a veggie burrito, dinner is broccoli and beans with fruit. Once a week i eat red meat. I already started to see weight loss. I believe balance is key, i don't feel its good to do anything to an extreme.

  • Thanks for your video. I started the 80/10/10 diet and am experiencing diarrhea, burning in the prostate, and am in a bad mood. Do you think the diarrhea will get better or is this fruit thing not good for my system?

  • Awesome! but i have a few questions.

    Does he chew gum?

Does we smoke weed? (It is all natural..)

and i bet he only takes a crap like once a week..

Does he eat almonds and cheese for protien?

    can someone please answer theses?

    Thanks, Devin

  • @MXdevinmcewen prob doesnt chew gum, prob doesnt smoke weed, probably takes excstatic dumps everyday, probably very little seeds and nuts, prob no cheese, get enough calories from fruits and vegstable which all contain amino acids and you wont need your "protein" as people say...

  • @MXdevinmcewen I doubt he chews gum or smokes weed. Even though weed is natural, he's about eating good for his health. No, he doesn't eat almonds or cheese. Watch his "Nuts aren't food" video. And he doesn't eat dairy.

  • @MXdevinmcewen He only eats fresh fruits and some vegetables.

  • Thanks for this video. This really helped me. After eating horribly our whole lives and switching to a fruit diet, your body is going to correct itself. This really awakened me to stick with it and believe in the clean natural hygiene diet.

  • Thanks for this, I have been getting a reoccurring stye on one eye, and I'm realizing that it comes back every time I have salt or sodium, so I'm trying harder to avoid these things.

  • Thanks so much Mike.

  • Thanks for the vids, very helpful.

  • Real good video :) I love your videos. keep it up!

  • VICKY: Can you give please same sample of Mike daily diet Menu? For same direction on the diet.

    Please ...

  • The world needs more videos and info about detox symptoms..I would say it is probably one of the most reasons people don't stick to this lifestyle. I just spoke to a woman who will not be vegan b/c when she went veg she said her hair fell out or was starting to. I could not get to her in ten words or less, no time to spare, but I mentioned it was a detox. Human nature is to avoid pain and detox is very inconvenient but it is better OUT than IN I would say.

  • Nice one Michael. I like hearing about what you went through.

  • Great video!

  • is it ok to blend coconut meat (fat) into my fruit smoothies?

  • @rui27marne You don't have to ask anyone's permission about what YOU eat or what YOU do. If it works for you, great. If it doesn't, then so be it. I just hate when people feel they need to ask "EXPERTS" if aspects of their life "fit the mould".

  • @rui27marne Read 80-10-10 by dr doug graham. He suggests to eat fruit by itself rather than with fat bc fruits take very little time to pass through the stomach and when we add fat it ferments in the stomach creates bloating and gas. He says the cause of candida is too much fat in our diet. mono fruit diet is the best meaning only one kind of fruit till you are full.

  • @rui27marne keep the fat intake low over all during the week and you will have some fat to spare. For optimal health the guidelines are 80%carbs, 10% protein and 10% fat. the 80-10-10 diet ratio that Dr Douglas Graham had coined after living this lifestyle and finding true good health and happiness. His book is rocking the nation and taking it by storm!! Hope this helps:0

  • great video, i think you've covered all the bases. yeah, some detox symptoms can really freak you out. keep going! i love those churchill & emerson quotes.
