  • Juno G. For Sale. Excellent Condition Mint. $999 Ono. Sydney. Australia. 0422524354

  • I just bought this keyboard!

  • What kind of editing functions are in the Juno-G sequencer? And is it oriented towards a certain kind of music, like techno or something. thanks

  • I have an old Juno looking for an electrical cord. I hate roland... just kidding. I don't understand.. it's 2010.. this video is 2007.. dimm mem? Why didnt they just have a flashcard of 16 or 8 gigs?

  • Is there a way to play samples that you've added to the Juno G while in performance or live setting mode? My band uses alot of samples live and I want to be able to trigger them but not have to stop playing the synth parts as well :(

  • can you add an extra keyboard to extend the onboard keyboard? for example, connect a big 88-key heavy-weight midi keyboard to it and use that as the keyboard?

  • David Wills has been producing these training DVDs for many years. He does a very good job of introducing a new owner to the basics and advanced topics. For $30 you really can't go wrong. The camera angles showing the synth display are the best I have ever seen in any tutorial video.

  • I've had the Juno-G for a year and it's been slow learning. Got the video and it opened the world to me. So now we've fired our bass player and drummer to let the Juno-G handle it all. It never shows up drunk or 2 hrs late and never makes mistakes!

You have to go through the video 9-10 times. Just like you did the movie "Full Metal Jacket" if you want all the details :-) Cheers!

  • I have this video for $30 it's well worth it, it's about a 2 hour video and he's a very good teacher. As jruddock states, the manual which looks and reads like a military manual, bland boring and vague, and a bit useless if only for reference. Dave makes it interesting and 2 hours later you'll know pretty much how to get around your new synth.

  • Ordered a copy over 6 weeks ago. Still waiting...:-(

  • I got this synth for 677$ CA, taxes incuded :)

  • does it have built in speakers? or do i need speakers

  • There's no built in speakers!! but there's a jack output for headphones and outputs for speakers!!

  • dat sucks LMAO i bet the fantom has speakers tho

  • lol I don't know any synth that have speakers and I tested the fantom (x6, x7 & X8) and there's no speakers!!!

  • damnnnn! u serious? . so i gotta buy the keyboard and the stereos? crap thanx man

  • why would you want speakers on the board? it would take up space and power and be of terrible audio quality

  • so if i wanna take it somewhere i dont have to take speakers wit me

  • thats why clubs have PAs, you just by a 2-3 dolu capble and your set

  • the juno g has 16 track recording the juno d ddosent

  • juno g is getting soo much praise

    why not the juno d?

  • yeah what is the difference between them? are they around the same price?

  • They are completely different machines. The D and the G have nothing in common really, I think the D is a standard synth. The G is a workstation, BIG difference in price/features.

  • Sorry i really don't know much about synths. Whats the difference between a workstation and a standard synth. Is the D more based on Presets and piano emulations etc and the G more on modeling your own sounds??

  • G has stuff like recording and looping made for creating music. The d is just a synth for performing it. Thats a basic idea.

  • good video. the alesis fusion has a 80gb hard drive and records audio as well.

  • hello.... do you know where to get this full version of this video tutorial for free??? if possible???

    thanks...

  • $1,000 for the juno and you don't want to spend $30 on the video? :)

  • the thing is i dont live in the US... I don't know where to get this video... where should I order?

  • does anybody know if its possible to hook a turntable into a juno g and record?

  • yes you can. get yourself a stereo pair of jack and plug your turntable to Juno's Audio IN.

  • I have this video, it's amazing! Only complaint is that it should have come with the juno-g because the printed owner's manual is somewhat useless :)

I wish I found this DVD a little earlier, it would have saved alot of change that ended up in the "swear jar".

For about $30 you can't go wrong!
