Hi! I found this video after another diabetic friend of mine posted it on Facebook. I think this is fantastic, using a disease that can seem really unfair and making it fun. I'm favoriting.

AWESOME SONG! very very creative. I may watch this more than few times.. I've been recently dxd as a pre -diabetic.. I don't feel so alone in wishing I didn't have it. but you gotta do what you gotta do to stay alive. :)
Ya ya ya they recorded me on the Camp Sweeney Radio, and they play it now (I think), but I HATE IT because I was sick the day they recorded it so it sounds REALLY bad. But I still love the song! <3, KT JNE
Really? They had her record it last summer at camp but I didn't know they played it. Do you mean on the radio? She wasn't very happy with how she sounded on the recording.

brilliant! reminds me of my diabetes camp days, when we'd come up with diabetes lyrics to classic songs (try singing "low hemoglobin A1c no ketoacidosis" to the tune of "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious"!). This tops pretty much anything we came up with ... and you can sing, too! Thanks for doing this!

My 7yo is type 1 and we think this is just awesome. What a beatiful voice you have, and the sentiments are the same here - wish she could eat like everyone ele! BTW, I love your shirt....you're awesome!
