To those who misinterpreted the meaning of the song

First, this song is nice to remind people about their old cultures and tradition not to ignore them wherever they are.

Its meaning is not begging the money from the Lao folks in America, but generally meaning is to request or invite Lao American folks to spend their money in Laos in the form of doing some business or doing some traveling to Laos as a part of the economics development contribution. Pls do not misunderstand that.
