  • if you were to specialize in biology, what would you be doing in the lab?

  • Dexter is not a forensic scientist he is a blood splatter analyst.

  • thumbs up if you're from ryerson and you're watching this because you didn't go to class

  • I went to school for that it got too gross for me.

  • Love the way they made this video seem so interesting...i'm a forensic science major and all i have is no life and a floor full of chemistry and physics text books..

  • @gimmemore2011 What college do you go to ??/

  • @aimeeBP john jay college of criminal justice

  • i am doing a school project as well.

and this widened my interest in this topic.

    thank you.

  • i want to be a Field, Laboratory and Medical forensic scientist O: /: is that possible?

  • @MegansxMelodies i think its not impossible, it might take longer though to be all three, but if your passionate about it then it shouldnt be a problem

  • @MegansxMelodies i have the same thing and i don't know which to choose.

  • @MegansxMelodies Yes, you need to finish your Forenic Degree in biology and toxicology or something similar. I have double degree with medical science so to me it came natural. If you apply with police you should be able to enter and with experience and futher training you should be able to go into field. Although if you do not have stomach of dead bodies, burnt bodies, decomposed bodies, stay in lab.

  • What level math does one need to get a degree for this career?

  • @RaineyWM mmm, when i looked into it you need to be able to be quite good at chemistry and physics, so for the physics side of things youd probably have to be quite decent at maths

  • @RaineyWM depending upon what specific forensic science ur dealing with, usually calculus 3 is the highest required and of course physics and chemistry deals with a good deal of mathematics as well. :)

  • @RaineyWM Calculus 1 and 2. at the Advance level. Also they have a Class, at EKU, In Richmond, Kentucky. Forensic Science.

  • @RaineyWM You need to have very good maths skills to enter this field. You wont be doing much maths at university but you will need maths skills when dealing with say chemistry and physics part of your degree. Again if you have maths issues there is always a bridging unit that universities offer which you can take.

  • nice work im doing at school project on this

  • i have so much Passion and Love For This Career,,, and Now I have a road map for my new career. Thank you ..... (*_-)

  • @TheAutumngirle Think before you apply and finish this degree once you see your first murdered child you get really sick. Its not like its on tv trust me.
