Hey, bro...how did you manage to include the music...I tried to do the same and youtube blocked it because of copy-right reasons. Any tips to override that? Thanks!
No because you don land flat hull, you must land tail then nose. Like landing on back wheel. That breaks open a water hole that you sink into then you pop rihgt out again.
ive just bought 1 800gp, mint condition, fuckin flyin machine quite literally but an absolute bitch to start, took 2 hours today to go, gotta do sum gay routine pourin petrol in where the spark plugs go. any help/advice wud be muchos gracias
i have a 96 yamaha waveraider 1100 that ive been jumping waves with for over 10 years. the hull and engine are almost bulletproof, the most important thing is to let off the throttle when you land so the carbs dont suck salt water into the engine
Suck salt water into the carbs when landing? WTF are you talking about? You have got to explain to me how this happens. So if I'm on the throttle when landing I will suck salt water into the carbs ..... hmmmmmm , please explain.
It's a 1999. The speed on mine when on table flat water shows between 90-99kph. However speedometer is digital and there are many factors in which the accuracy of this need to be questioned. Things like porpoising(bouncing on water) and more importantly how your speedometer is calibrated. It certainly feels like that speed, if not faster, but everything seems faster on the water. The most accurate way would be to use a hand held gps and then calibrate to that.
Well, my ski has been doing it for some 7 years and all i do is change the prop every 1-1.5 years. As long as you land right, your safe doing no damage. Tough little ski really.
I live in Sydney. I do most of my riding in the Broken bay inlet, in the ettalong/umina area. Its a sand bar. I only way 60kg so maybe that helps. I find i get good air really easy on a light ski, with a light rider. I get 80% of that air with a passenger too.....without killing them. The biggest air in those photo's are at Port Maquarie. Awesome big waves there on the east coast.
it weighs about 276kg dry. Asfar as sit down watercrafts go its lighter than a lot of the current late model skis. I usually stay within the heads if i'm by myself or contain my risk factor to 7/10 if i'm by myself. If i ride with company i venture outside of heads. Unfortunately i haven't been able to ride for over a year now, and i need to sell it. Maybe one day i will buy another one.
it's immaculate, and unfortunately due to time/work restrictions i don't use it anymore and i need to sell very soon, just paid the registration last week too.
I have a Yamaha XLT1200 2003 2 stroke 155 hp for sale..i never use it anymore...its in great shape with galvinized trailer if anyone's interested asking $4800..im in fort myer's florida call 239-8108173
i have a year 2000 yamaha waverunner gp 1200 and i like it sooo much better than my 06 sea doo, take the gay yamaha decals off that thing tho, iit looks so much better!
hey u would be the one to ask i am lookign to get into the sport i live in caanda i can get a 2003 waveruner 1300 with trailer 49 hours on it total for 3000 cnd fresh water only is that good price and are they good boats
I have a couple of friends with seadoos, i've riden then too. Comparing them to mine, of roughly the same year, i'd have to say its Yamaha for me. However i hear all the current seadoos are much better than before, but so are Yamahas, so who knows.
the best still pics i have seen yet. who ever took these for you has an amazing eye. nice jumps on a large machine. i have rxp and and 800. my 800 thinks its a bird. you rok bro keep flyin!
Duuuuude nice ski, congratulations ! My friend has one, and i've ridden it, you'll loooove it ! Goes like a cat with its tail on fire. Welcome to waverunner wavejumping.
yes true, better stunts too, but i like to take passengers flying too, plus tow a tube from time to time, so i needed somethimg that was able to multi task
It has been a great reliable fun ski to me. I have been really cautious about replacing it, however i wouldnt mind an upgrade now that i've ridden my friends GP1300r 2004. Handles much better than mine. We'll see anyway.

yes should be, mine is a 1999 build, it would be written inside the hull area on yours too. But theses decals represent the first of the Gp series.

Clean your carbs...If that doesn't work rebuild them. I'd also check your fuel tank/lines for water.
