this is probably a stupid question but don't you scratch the glass when you're cutting the film on top of it..and i gotta admit it looks damn easy when you do it..i'm pretty sure it won't be when ill be doing it lol
@211bugsy its not really that different from the unger handle i think its just a newer alternative replacement. i don't see a problem in using one over the unger handle ill probably get one if i misplace the one i have now.
I love all your videos. your really good at what you do. did you go to school for it? and 44tools.com is the where i get all my tools thanks to you...+1
Do your heat guns have temp. settings? If so what do you usually set them at and if not what kind of heat gun do you use or what temp. setting do you think would be good? I'm getting better but I want to do a better job on my truck so I get to practice a little removal now as well to redo a less than perfect job.
@iJemuel i did record a 98 eclipse back window with before and after shots. are you just looking for pictures of it or do you want to see the whole montage video?
Very nice! Do you have a list of tools from your vids? I see: Stainless Olfa Knife, Conquistador, Blue Max Squeegee, Heatgun, Gator Blade Scraper (do you use it for other things?), Sprayer (size?), Gold Teflon Hard Card, Gold EZ Reach Corner Tool, Tool Belt/Apron... Am I missing anything besides the Film?
@ryanderson581 im going to make an interactive video with most of the tools i use sometime soon. you got alot of the tools right in your list. this is basically the same list with a few extras that i didnt show. red dot olfa knife with stainless steel blades blue max squeegee with unger handle gator blade platinum ez reach(gold works too) gold teflon hard card gray lidco card matco led pen light heat gun cut up a blue max for little quarter windows conquistador polly 2 spray bottle 1.25 liters
i can never get the quarters properly. any tips on how to get the tint properly settled in the seals? eg. in a nissan sentra

@t3m3lk0bg hey its cool im here to answer any questions you got! no i dont scratch the window when cutting for a few reasons.
1. always use a sharp stainless steel olfa blade
2 snap off a blade end every few cuts to make sure it stays sharp
3. always keep a low blade angle when cutting

It's not as easy as it looks :) Took me and my old man 3 hours or so to do 2 doors and 2 quarters and it's not that good of a job :(
