I've been a die hard Preemo fan for years going back to their first album, it's hard to rate his work because he has done so many incredible tracks but I have to agree with you on this one. When I first heard this track back in 95, I was speechless, that beat is utterly brilliant, the way that piano meshes with that upright bass on key, it literally drugs you even with out the drum beat!!!
Got to chime in. When I heard this beat I remember telling my boy "Some beats have an 'intellegence'" He immediatly started hummin this and I was like "Yeah thats the one!"

I've been a die hard Preemo fan for years going back to their first album, it's hard to rate his work because he has done so many incredible tracks but I have to agree with you on this one. When I first heard this track back in 95, I was speechless, that beat is utterly brilliant, the way that piano meshes with that upright bass on key, it literally drugs you even with out the drum beat!!!
