About the no-sound; I didn't put any sound because A) I have a stupid/funny accent, it might make sense but I think it's clearer to have subtitles. B) I wouldn't want to put music there because it might distract some people and some might find it annoying. After all, not everyone shares the same musical taste

Daikatanan kohdalla oon eri mieltä, Romeron ansiosta firman talous meni siihen jamaan ettei Anachronoxille koskaan saatu jatkoa... no okei, olihan tuon nyt muutenkin hankala kilpailla muita pelejä vastaan, samoihin aikoihin kauppojen hyllyille ilmaantui Diablo 2:LoD & Max Payne 1 & Baldur's Gate 2: Throne of Bhaal... mutta silti, harmi ettei tuolle saatu koskaan jatkoa.

That´s the reason nineteens rules: RETAIL BOX! I hate the nowadays package, that ultra fat ugly DVD case really screw! BTW....ULTIMATE DOOM IN ITS RETAIL BOX! BTW again, I have the same edition of "Fallout" (one of the best RPG, even I¨m not a big fan of such genre). Now I´ll go to the second part. Greetings from Chile.

Awesome collection! I've never heard of many of those titles, especially Elder scrolls: Battlespire :D I'll have to check that out. Pretty cool how the older games gave you decent (big) manuals with them...not anymore :P

When my father was working in office then he and hes fellow workers were allways playing DOOM. and that was very long time ago. If im righ then it was in 1995. :D I was 2 years old then. and i played it first time when i was 6 years old.

I agree totally! Because I have everyone of the games he showed except for the weird one's! Have to say, a cheap way to get classic games from the 90's is to buy a 5.25" version (like his Bard Tales Trilogy), which are cheap, and then download the game from abandonware (legal if you own an original copy) copy the files onto 3.5" disks and put those in the box with the 5.25" and use them thereafter! :)

Yeah, I do the same. I got Ultima 4 on 3.5" floppy, it doesn't work anymore so I just store the game away and download the game from the 'net. I mean, it must be legal since I *own* the game.

I have World In Conflict, Far Cry 2 sucks ass, Fallout 3 is decent, CoD5 sucks balls.

None of them look as good as Clear Sky or Crysis do though.

Better image quality at a lower price. My main monitor right there (the one which is on during the video) goes up to 2048x1536 resolution, and it cost me 10 €. To find a matching LCD you'd have to pay several hundreds, and the best LCD can still only match CRTs, they don't surpass them in quality but cost at lot more. Also older games do not like widescreen and LCD monitors.

Which is why I'm sticking with CRT, for now. Don't fix it if it ain't broke.

It's not an RTS? You know, I actually haven't played it yet - I've been so busy collecting games that some of them I haven't even tested out :O But if it's TBS actually, I'm gonna have to try it out soon. I know I'm in minority but I actually love TBS far more than RTS.

I think Deus Ex was 20 € actually.

The best one I think was when I got the original copies of System Shock 1 and Bioforge for 2 euros each. TWO EUROS. They both usually sell for 50-90 € on eBay. It's amazing what some people basically throw away.
