And SEK Studio certainly make their contribution to the utter strangeness of it all, if only though the lack of such things as character, weight, physicality and dynamism being so utter as to become one itself. Though this being Laloux it's hard to tell what's intentional; he made something amazingly fun he needn't be ashamed of though such creative use of Le Maîtres du temps's very limited budget and staff, despite how much he's resented these limitations.
