Horrible basing she don't step into the stunt the flyer jumps into both hands then straight up to the half they also should have mentioned that the bases should use eye contact and work together and that to make it easier for the bases and back spots to push off the bases shoulders and hold her own weight instead of letting the bases and back-spot do all the work. I'd never want to base with these people also why didn't they just bump her down it's way easier.

I live in France there's no cheerleading squad but with a friend of mine we created one, well we are just beginners but i think it's a good beginning ^^ i'm a flyer i'm a little scared when i'm up but it's okay i will used to it ^^ thnks for the videos you learn me how to do it's great ^^ thnks
