@iluvmypuddycat It would've been very mediocre without the tragic stuff. That's what makes it great, raw and real. Who cares about happy? Fairy tales rarely happen. True, Clannad turned out to be very fairy tale-like, but not without hardships. That's how you bond with the characters and give a damn about their plights in the first place. It's excellent storytelling. :)

well Nagisa does die but Okazaki in the end finds the light of the myth but it wasent a myth and he wished for nagisa and ushio back that wish came true by takeing him back 5 years when nagisa was having her delivery i thought it was sweet but when i first saw nagisa die i was crying so yea the power of the glowing light was true :D
