It's too bad that the Congress of Massachusetts had their hearing aids turned off! They are obviously resistant to the truth and have little concern for Human Rights, at least those of boys. The testimony was compelling, the opposition was pathetic, the only logical thing to do would be to PASS THIS BILL!

Why did they stop it? What is their agenda?

Today mothers have no excuse,no reason to allow circumcision. There should be no such ignorance regarding the anatomy and physiology of the essential tool (pardon the pun) for intercourse.

So please, please; all you mothers out there don't allow this to happen to your son. Learn the facts and let your son make this decision himself. It is his right.

My husband was circumcised at 2yrs old. The essential mechanism for introitus is absent in him. He had to unconsciously adapt his mechanics in adulthood when he first had sexual intercourse, not realising, as many circumcised men do not realize, what damage had been done to him through circumcision. Of course his mother was unaware of the damage she indirectly caused to her son too. She was completely ignorant of the anatomy and physiology.

The circumcised penis continually removes essential secretions during the act of intercourse, natural lubrication is drawn out to the outside & evaporates in the air; an intact penis (with the foreskin in place) keeps essential lubrication where it should be, inside the vagina, ensuring smooth pleasurable intercourse.

Only the individual concerned should have that right, to make that decision for himself at an age of understanding. It is a life changing irreversible operation which removes nerves necessary for a fulfilling orgasm. I know what intercourse with a circumcised partner can do to a relationship over time. Intercourse is painful, without the continuing natural lubrication which is not retained in the vagina.

Let all those that think it is fine to circumcise a baby search their consciousness. They are guilty, not only of depriving the circumcised individual but also that male's partner, from having a fulfilling sensual relationship. The law should not allow circumcision of male babies.

There is no moral, rational basis to not pass this bill out of committee. There was overwhelming evidence presented and only the feeblest opposition.

HIGHEST time, IS!!!

The people that they say "it should be left to the free choice of the parents" do not perceive that it is a quasi-religious belief rather than a free choice. And IF it is a free choice then it is a violation of the freedom of choice for the defenseless infant who cannot utter his opinion. There is no medical reason that would offer or evenb command another consideration: There is NOTHING wrong with the PrePuce. I live very well WITH IT!
