@antelope2205 Basically Hitler sent out an order to attack some place, and they didn't follow through because they didn't have enough troops, which caused them to lose the whole war.

There's a video with the right subtitles somewhere on YouTube. Der Untergang is the movie's name btw.

Just before Hitler sends most of the people out of the room, he gets the message that "Steiner" (Some higher ranked military dude) did not make the attack at a specific critical location in Berlin, like Hitler told him. Because that attack would have just cost more lives, but Hitler does not care, he wanted the attack happening, and is very pissed. This is probably where Hitler realizes that this war is over. ...something like that.
