Let me tell you about Russia... You can't fly a jet with crap maintenance. You can't motivate a conscript soldier with 10 sq ft. of living space. You can't fight a war with 1/4 of the ammunition you need. The Russian military is dropping to less than 1 million soldiers with antiquated equipment.

The U.S. Army is better trained, better equipped and has more combat experience now. Don't get me wrong - the Russians are our brothers now, and brave warriors. It's a matter of equipment/training.
