I love all the passing on the right. Traffic moves in Winnipeg! People in BC consider that kind of efficiency 'outrageous' and stay far away from me if I drive like that here.

@Morganizer NO, Winnipeg has no freeway/express way system. It takes forever to get around.

@balla3310 Sure it does. On the Perimeter Highway you can bypass the whole city in about 30 minutes! Lots of people live in one suburb and work in another, commuting on the perimeter. It's only if you're driving through the middle that things get gnarled. I agree, traffic in Wpg is ridiculous for how small the city is. I think the traffic lights are sync'd by a guy whose brother owns a brake shop!
