Mao killed many as well but most of the deaths came indirectly as his plans were not to murder millions. He wanted to revolutionize a nation and things spiraled out of control. I'm not saying that he didn't kill people, but those were NOT his direct intentions but the consequences of his actions.

Between them is a huge difference in time, and it was a great achievement in the construction, but their intellect and outlook was suitable for their time. But this guy in modern times had obsolete mentality, and based on that designed the old-fashioned ideas, when already overseas was a vivid example of the development in the architecture and social life.

Current history and the consensus of Hitler requires that people largely view the events and tragedies of WW2 in a vaccuum. This was it just makes Hitler appear like a genocidal maniac from the get-go... when he actually got elected by an advanced and highly cultured nation.
We should expect the distortion since the Allies won the war and hence write history. But Himmler was much more responsible for racial controls than Hitler, who was more absorbed in military affairs in WW2.

As I posted earlier, the Punic Wars are a perfect example of why genocide can be a good thing. Why don't you read The Killing Star. It's a hard sci-fi novel which makes a good case for why in the future (in space) genocide may very well be the order of the day in dealing with aliens. So in the game of survival, genocide is appropriate. And war is the ultimate game of survival.
