'Beasts of burden, and or chariots, or wagons or cars drawn by such are punishable by the by-laws of the city council of Nairobi.' Anytime you visit a park in Nairobi, spend a minute to read the ancient rules posted on these noticeboards that lost keys in 1965. Or read petals of blood by Ngugi wa thiong'o to see how his characters were charged in accordance with the rules.
