  • great tone and sweet chops I want to steal all those riffs ... and I will hehehehe

  • Watch this: youtube.com/watch?v=YHfoON7ukSc

  • Sounds really good !!

  • I'm curious. What made you decide to buy a Carr and have it modified by RedPlate instead of buying a custom built RedPlate?

  • Amazing pure transparent sound of PRS with the sensational "voicing" of "Sweet Spot" of Dumble Overdrive Special. Congratulations! I envy your fusion tone.

  • See this:

  • very nice. sounds very much like a dumble. and the clean sound of the carr is already legendary.

  • Very nice! How much did the mods run?

  • Stratoblogster Approved! Nice tones and runs bro! Your tech is truly tribal!

  • Great Playin, are you still stoked & playin the Carr?I'm thinkin about modding mine but I noticed your playing a Red Plate too.Two ways to go any advise,Thanks

  • I own this same amp & am intrigued by this mod. Also have a Two-Rock Custom Reverb Artist for the Dumble tone. Do you think this mod emulates the Dumble tone better than the Tow Rock?

  • Loved it...great playing and tone !!!

  • sounds REALLY good shane! love that tone man! some hip playing too!

  • Great playing! And I'm not even into jazz. ;)

  • Just thought I'd let you know that you are the best guitar instructor ever. :D - Rob Slawson - Proud student of the wise *Shane Conaway*

  • Do you know anything about the Carr Rambler amp? I really have been lloking for some feedback.

  • @chetchetney Exceptional amp especially for single coil pickup guitars, takes pedal great. Liimited head room for guitars such as Gibson ES335 with big bottom. Otherwise an incredible amp. I own a Mercury & Slant 6V, but passed on the Rambler since the 335 is my main guitar.

  • @chetchetney .. I have a video where I use a Carr Rambler for rock. Normally it's an amp better known for its clean flavors , it's alot like a Deluxe reverb with a little more power. I used a Menatone King of the Britains with a Boss DD3 to get these tones , the guitar was a early 80's Tokai Love Rock that I sure do miss...go to The Fanatics/Headgear on Youtube

  • Nice demo, sounds great!

  • im lovin the donna lee quote at the beginning

  • sounds great! great playing too!

  • Great playing man. Being a D tone seeker myself I can hear it in your playing, though it sounds a little muffled in the video. Is that the neck pickup? That could be the reason.

  • Nice demo, nice playing.

  • Just played a concert with the amp and a redplate D'later fx loop buffer and I must say that my sound has never been better ever!

I was in heaven all night!!!!!

  • You're a great player :-)

    Lets hear some Django!

  • Great clip. Henry is the man!

Check my clip of a redplate amp he build for me.

    It's on my profile.

  • I already checked it out! It was one of the factors for me to send my amp to Henry. You can definaitely play and get a great sound! I took itto its first live gig yesterday and got to crank the treble up and remove some bass. I can honestly say it was the best tone I have ever had! I have a redplate d'lator on the way and I'll do some better clips when I get it hooked up. Everyone says it makes a huge differece .

  • The amp sounds are superb. You gotta hear this guy play live.

  • Next video will show the Pre amp boost function. When the bass control on the Dumble channel is set to zero it bypasses the tone stack for pure gain and feedback on demand! Thats another extra Henry built into the amp!

Thank you for doing this to my amp Henry! It means a lot to me!
