Noone really cares where Sean is (bottom) or where Yun is (top) because when it comes down to it if you come across a great "bottom tier character" player like Hayao, youn won't be thinking about how Hugo is bottom tier. Same if u find a good Sean player. Its all about the individual players skill tier list dont matter.

Hey, if that's how people play the game, that's how they play the game... if they're good at it, they win, if they suck, they lose. Chun-Li herself is high-tier, but if the players sink to safe/defensive tactics to win with her, they'll get as far as they deserve to get, just the same with any other player, playing any character in the way that they choose.

If that's their style/preference/skill level, so be it. This from a Chun-Li player who eats up plenty of losses playing it 'safe'.
