@MyKewi go to one end of a street/road etc and press streetview,, then take a screenshot. then click the arrow and move along one spot, take another screenshot. repeat for as long as u want the video to be.

(A normal movie has about 24 frames [pictures] per second, so this one has about 360 screenshots :)
