how do you know how to do the picture. r u looking at a pixelated pic and if so, how do u pixelate

@lightningfire000 the first time i did this, I googled "pixel pacman ghost", for example, i tried to find the best picture and through that i design my own pacman ghost. When I filmed this video i already know how to do it :)
