into the Skyrim Data folder it should be working. It did for me :D

If you don't have the voice folder just past an copy the folder you downloaded from 4shared, hopefully it'll work, I'm downloading atm and if it does work thanks a lot this was a big pain, at first I used the tcl from the command window by pressing ~ in game an walked through the door, it worked an I was able to complete the quest but I haven't been able to hear anything he says an his sub's skip super fast, but as I said thank you a lot an hopefully this'll work for me :]
