i always have trouble dislodging the cards toward the top of the deck, no matter how lightly or quickly i run my thumb across it they never reveal themselves. i have no problem with cards in the middle and in the end but just the beginning. any tips?

omgosh it's a regular deck the only thing you need to do is take it out of the deck and geff it.. that's why the box is the same, and that's why th e seal was broken and really who cares that it cannot be examined

But gimmick decks are fround upon by magicians,they prefare normal decks and use sleights,counting,elmsley counts and a good set up,great trick nevertheless....:-)

@mcbiffa2867 Yeah, I think that's stupid. It's good to know all the traditional methods, and use gimmicks.. David Blaine uses the invisible deck I'm sure. And he can do the classic magic too. Keeps things interesting, and if anything else, makes the classic ones seem even more magic.

i think it's because the guys from the shop, where you bought the deck did it. If they get an invisible deck, it has a different box (not the original bicycle playing card box) and it's totally ordered. I'm sure that you're deck was mixed up when you got it. They just picked the deck, mixed it up and put it back into a normal box. That's why the seal was broken ;)

I have done some research recently, and I got a deck that was SEALED in CELLOPHANE (plastic) but the sticker was TORN. I looked up some information and consulted my local magic store, and found out that some gimmicked decks start out from regular sealed decks, are opened, "tricked out," and then put in the box again. Obviously, the people in the factory don't know the trick "factory sealed," or they would be able to magically restore the sticker. LOL
