IKR I personally think that Notch should only add a few potions, healing (small heal, medium heal, large heal), 30 seconds of underwater beathing, 30 seconds of no-fall-damge, and 30 seconds of no-fire-damage. Then for enchanting, 3 different enchantments for each sword-fire (lights mob on fire, must use coal to power it), posion (posions mobs bringing there health down to scond to last heart-uses posion made from flowers) and lastly wind (when you hit a mob other mobs and it are blown back)
