There were a a few videos I watched just to see what a majority of people were prediciting. This video was one of them. Majority of the videos I watched had Shogun winning. I was disappointed because I honestly thought people were thinking what I was thinking, that Jones was faster, bigger, better trainers/team, and going to win. So I have to ask, since I marked your words, "TKO 4th round?" What do u think now?? Him getting gased was the factor, but clearly Jones is better.

Anyone who saw that fight knows Machida whooped QRJ's ass. Rampage even went as far as admitting it in the cage post-fight interview with Rogan. Dana and the UFC judges can say all they want, imo and the opnion of many who saw the fight Machida kicked his ass.

I'm a big Rampage fan, and you can find my handle name defending/supporting the him in some youtube vids. But I'm also a big fan of the sport, and I think the judges got the decision wrong, Rampage shouldn't have won.

@fitzrapid: I had that fight a draw, to be honest with you, but I would not have been surprised if Machida had gotten the win. I actually thought he would have. The thing is, "kicked his ass" is too strong for winning a close decision victory. That's my only real problem with your assessment. Shogun kicked Machida's ass the second time around. He finished him! Machida kicked Rashad's ass. He controlled the pace of the fight, then finished him! But Machida vs Rampage? Very close fight overall.

these two are the best strikers at LHW and the most exciting to watch.

I'm pointing out that winning a USKBA tournament doesn't make Jones a striker on Shogun's level. That's all. And the fight of the last decade was Fedor vs Mirko -- the build up, the incredible action particularly in the first round, and the implications of the fight. The best fight during that time was Shogun vs Little Nog. That was a fight that displayed heart, technique and lots of excitement.

Bones doesnt have a chance, hes about to face 1 of the most well rounded, aggresive, realentles fighters in mma history. Shoguns literaly gona walk right threw jones best attacks weather it be striking or grappling and discourage him within the 1st few minutes of the fight.

We were speaking in the club about the jones shogun fight, and my coach reckons that jones is going to win it and mak it look easy. You can place money on his predictoins, and I think I would have to agree with him, haven't seen jones struggle against anyone yet, or get tired, and shogun isn't overly reliable, especialy coming off of an injury
