What? On the very day H.R.1995 is signed into law, there is a severe weather catastrophe and people are waiting for a "presidential declaration"? Declaration of what? Martial law perhaps? Fema has sent supplies and their hired guns will most probably be there or on their way. It may only be a notion but i'd say: Get some good amateur video of FEMA operations this time around!
