  • шаговый чтоле?

  • hello

can u give me the circuit dia of this

    wheel motor

  • this puma should have a gear cluster right? I could've sworn that BMC made brushless geared motors. Also, the puma is completely freewheel right? I'm thinking about getting either a BMC puma, BMC thunderbolt, or t he Ezee rear since the ezee has a nice disc brake.

  • Yes, my post was really old. Since then I've purchased a DD X5. You are wrong however. BMC makes geared, DD motors. They've been experimenting with composite gears but in the past, they've used nylon gears that wore out at anything above 48 volts.

  • actually, u are wrong. google bmc puma and click the third link. Many people know BMC makes geared hub motors.

  • There are internal planetary gears on the other side of THAT motor. google "BMC hub - 30-second error fixed in 3 weeks" and see for yourself. I await an apology... KID

  • how about googling "Brushless Geared hubmotors: definitive list & details"? The BMC Puma is second on the list, under the Ezee motor. I do know what I am talking about buddy.

  • every single motor ever made by BMC as of today are geared motors. There was rumors that their 100W version was going to be DD but BMC stuck with gears.

  • that motor looks almost exactly like a fisher & paykel smart-drive washing machine motor we have in AUS and NZ just with a reinforced rotor

  • Nice video, the currie 36v does over 35miles/h, on our tests

  • But can the currie motor climb very steep hills? Whats the range on the Currie motors

  • All on my channel. Yes The currie climbs very steep hills. Steeper than the one I have displays. The range all depends on how much the batteries AH.

  • Is this the currie drive thats on the currie bikes? Do you regear them or something because the stock Curries do about 18mph at 24v.

  • I wish for you to view my videos and their descriptions please. It will save me a lot of explaining. Thanks =) Luc

  • I invited you to join my group. You can be the first to post your links and videos there.. Just being thoughtfull =)

  • what kind of coper is that around the magnets.

  • It all depends on what you want. Lite weight and acceleration and under 60v BMC Puma wins. Total Power and Grunt and can go up to 100v Clyte X5 wins.

  • You say 8 lbs. Why does evtech say their hub weighs 20 lbs. and why don't they even say what brand they are selling? And at $699 just for the hub, it's very expensive and an entire Crystalyte kit with battery, controller and everything else is just over $600.

  • The motor is 8 lbs and installed on rim and spokes its 12 lbs. The $699 you post is for motor, controller and throttle. My brother has the BMC and I have the Xlyte x5303. We both run on 56v and he blows me away on acceleration to 30mph.

  • awesome ,click mine

  • OOps, yes this is a "BMC" motor, my mistake.

I believe these are available at "Evtech" in Texas somewhere, and in England also.

Nice design though, should give good torque.

  • too bad in new jersey it isn't allowed legally to ride a bicycle with an electric motor mounted. against the law. I wish I could and in fact electric go ped type scooters also I was stopped on one by a cop. sucks bigtime.

  • Yah in some cities in the US the law still doesn't get it. Electric is the worlds future.

  • oh yea, and I was going to state also funny thing is that in other towns the cops dont care they ride go ped gas scooters and I even saw one guy with a go cart 4 wheeler going down the block. isn't that illegal???????? lol

  • brushless motor are the best in my mind

  • this looks like the "crystalite 500" series motors. They are available at many ebike retailers. Nice motors, much quieter than the Heinzmann bike motor.

  • Nope this one is made by BMC and it's internally geared unlike the Xlytes

  • OOps, yes your right my mistake.

Are these the ones available at "Evtech"?

Looks like a good design that will give better torque.

  • Yes these are. They are sweet. They have more torque than my X503 (Phoenix Racer). And only 8lbs compared to my 25lbs Racer motor. For Top end speed you cannot beat the Racer Motor plus you can overvolt it to 100v as some have...Too dangerouse for me though

  • Where did this motor come from? Where could I buy one?
