Sounds good to me. Timing and Rhythm is on and the delay sounds finet. Don't get some of the posters issues with the delay? Really, the recorded version sounds very similar. Jimmy could never pull off the original recording live.

If anything, it's an examination of the effects of greed on society through a series of carefully crafted metaphors, rhetoric and inter textual reference.

Even Robert Plant has stated in interviews, that the lyrics don't really mean anything, mostly words, and ideas that sound good together.

That doesn't take away from the genius of the song, if anything it adds to it.

Do you have to manually filter out guitar from the original, or is there some way to get versions of songs without certain instruments?

Some are the original with the guitar filtered out and some are just someone playing drums and bass. (Or whatever other instruments that might be in the song.) Great cover really good! You have a good ear I can sense. Just one thing: the timing on the repetitive section 0:26 - 0:33 is off. The beat is on the C note on the 2nd string 13th fret but you have put the beat on the bend from 15th to 17th fret i.e. the E note. If you make that small change it is a kick ass cover version!
