Hey buddy, no... it's a combination of tracks. The first one would be no more than 2-3 minutes if you do the whole section (which I didn't do on the video). The second section which starts at 1.50 is a fair bit steeper in parts and would be about 3-4 minutes from top to bottom.
Yeah, it is on the way to Cooma just when you leave Canberra. It really depends on which way you come from Nowra if you go past it or not.

@exonoesis I just tightened my straps up so that the camera sits very high on the chest. Knee is all good now, hit up an XC race on the weekend which was awesome.

Nice video dude. Good to see someone put something up that gives you a feel for the place. You could of hit all those a lines for sure!
One thing I will say though is that the tracks are all about 2 mins maybe 3 mins for the main track...

@exonoesis Chest cam is just the GoPro chest harness. I haven't been out since this last ride to be honest... I tore a ligament in my knee.
