  • grew up on this song....

  • I'm 13 and listening to this. I love Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, and the oldies(:

  • mmmmmmmm great song love it!

  • I was 14 when this song came out and I can honestly say it still makes me smile and sing along every time I hear it !

  • All we need now is Cousin Brucie

  • Yesterday in the cold, downpouring of rain whilst in immense traffic in San Antonio this song came on. I didn't remember who it was, and I had the song on my mind the whole night. Luckily for me the radiostation that played it posts playlists from days pasts. I saw it and now here I am listening to the music. If you like Lil' Wayne fine. Or Slipknot cool. Or Lady Antebellum, well semi-groovy. Music is music. It's power is what ultimately moves the universe. And changes our lives........

  • This came on in Martin's today and I was singing! :)

  • m102 the fetus is old and decrepit. I'm currently in a mad swim with millions of like-minded sperm toward the egg. And this song is tremendous!

  • i dont understand why those who hate this music...listen to it on here then slag it off??? u dont like? dont listen..simples!!! LOVE this group...and soo does my daughter who is 16 x

  • I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SONG!!! IF any of the 7 dislikers can give a valid reason why they dislike this song, they will be shown the door anyway!

  • too bad my speakers only let this go so loud...awesome song....and yes....I was born in the 70's...great music!!! Thank you for posting.

  • I'm a fetus and I still love this song

SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU FIGS NOBODY CARES

  • @m102391 agreed, this age crap is pissin me off.

  • @m102391 I think it has to do with the fact that people growing up in an era of their own music like old music. Think about it, before the whole 'I'm x and I still love this song' was a popular saying on Youtube, it was generally impressive to see 16 years olds listening to 50s-80s songs.

  • baaaybby youll seeeee :} thnx for posting

  • Has anybody ever noticed this sounds like Yes a little bit, or is it just me? I mean with the background vocals and such.

  • fun times!

  • "who's gonna love you mama? come to me baby you'll see."

another great song obscured by the sheer output of great music during the 60s/70s.

it's like the music from 65 to 79 is the new American song book.

when was the last time anyone thought of "isn't it time" by the babys? check it out now you'll be glad you did.

  • Excellent, supreme, the best golden music, who love you, 70s, today fuck with the stupidd music rap, and regaeton

  • By all means: share your age IF YOU F'KING WANT TO--just who the hell do you others think you are telling people to shut up and not talk about their ages...

Enjoy the music and leave everyone else alone, already--JESUS...

  • I bought the 45 in '75--and I'm glad that I've now re-discovered this absolutely fabulous song. I'm mostly into Heavy Metal, and I remember thinking how "Heavy" this song was--and is...

  • one of the best ever!

  • excelente cancion de los 70 la mejor epoca

  • Song for the playa pimps of the days of the past, days of the new as well

  • i do august very much and always

  • Its a beautiful song. Theres no more songs like this....

  • omg i love this song

  • i like it

    :3

  • it's not like we're asking for your elderly license to listen to these songs, we don't care if you're 6 months and listen oldies

  • today's music is made to die next year. Frankie Valli will live forever

  • 7 people don't know classic oldies

  • I'm 14 and I love their music. I actually started listening to them when I was 12. I thought they were amazing. Love this song...

  • classic

  • Comment removed

  • Just walked thru a casino in vegas and heard this classic, makes a change to hear something like this instead of shite like the who, the stones or u2 !!!!!!!!!!

  • Five bucks says Sting started the Police solely because his brain exploded with dopamine when he first heard this reframe.

  • Me gusta este tema, pero si alguien puede bajarme el video de goodbye girl con los mismos interpretes se lo agradeceria.Gracias

  • "Jersey Boys" is coming to New Zealand in April......Can't wait!!

  • Shh. Don't tell the kids that it's more than just today's music that sucks..In fact, electronic chips aside, everything today pretty much sucks.

  • awsome classic !!!

  • It'd really be great if people could just like what they like, and let everyone else like what they wanna like. I like old music, new music, in between. There's good stuff & bad stuff - like there always has been. Live with it.

  • @northernhecklet that's actually 100% correct... EVERYBODY STOP YOUR BITCHING AND LIKE WHAT YOU LIKE AND THE OTHERS WILL LIKE WHAT THEY LIKE!!!

  • @northernhecklet we live with it,but, that being said,The Four Seasons are,in a league of their own,and always willbe, like it or not.Nobody has ever duplicated the Sound ,and that can be said of very few groups. of,that, there is no dispute

  • Evan does <3

  • "I'm 2,010 years old and I listen exclusively to Justin Bieber and the Chipmunks 2: Chipwrecked soundtrack." --Actual quote from Jesus Christ.

  • I'm 31!!

  • I thought the lost generation were soldiers in WW1

  • Comment removed

  • Ever notice the lost generation can't say a sentence without swearing? lol Cracks me up.

It's a great song, Frankie Valley worked his tail off..If you get a chance go see the Jersey Boys on Broadway. Explosive to say the least...

  • they dont make music like this anymore.

  • @MrYankees611 then why are you here...to be sure?

  • well im 832894 and i think we should all stop saying what age we are and just listen to the song?

  • The brilliance of this simple song is hard to match! What a gift! Thanks Frankie- and thank YOU wolverine9391... BEST POST!

  • I AM 12 AND WHAT IS THIS!

  • Love tou guys!!!!

  • Holy shit, I heard this song so long ago on the radio, and last night I heard "Who's gonna love you" and I found this gem.

  • hey everone, i is a 23 day feet us. i in joy dis musac berry mooch

  • @RegisPhilbinFan Oh...Cool...

  • wow nice share Sounds like the first time

  • I was 18 in 1983 and WOULD of played this song at my FIRST wedding if I only knew what I knew now....YEAH RIGHT....

  • dont be angry about the age. All ages are beautiful

  • great vocal harmony

  • The music of my generation had meaning and not all the trash and shaving cream the songs have today , violence is what sells and sex songs , but words like who loves you pretty momma, are words that progress gender boundaries and a good beat can make you move in happiness not anger and violence so keep listening to the good songs that had meaning ...... Marty H.S. 1975 go mustangs

  • Um show de música, maravilha, gostei.

  • Everyone always tells me I need to update my ipod and get more modern songs, but how can I when there are songs like this that are so filled with passion. I'll take this any day over some pop song about grinding on the dance floor or pimps and hos.

  • @TenmaxHarima

    Dear Hamy,

Do you know that the person who will live to be 300 has already been born; it won't be you with that attitude to time.

    .

    Cheers.

    from,

    del-boy

    .

  • @TenmaxHarima This is pop too. Do you really think there's that much depth to these lyrics..? It's a good song, I like it too, but you have no room to be elitist about it. Nobody does. If you really want to be though, maybe you should dig a little deeper than Top 40 hits...

  • @PokemonRawksBrah It's not the lyrics so much as the passion in their voices, also this was one of the first songs I remember my grandpa showing me when I was a kid. I could care less about the top 40. Also I'm not trying to be elitist about anything, it's my own opinion, I just don't care too much for modern pop music.

  • @TenmaxHarima AMEN!

  • @TenmaxHarima and most of the time you can not under stand what they are saying in the songs of todays times.

  • @TenmaxHarima I could totally relate to you. People make fun of me for having songs from the 1970s when I wasnt even born in the early 90s. They love all these dub step songs and these weird rap songs that dont even make sense, when these songs actually have soul.

  • @TenmaxHarima Thank God that you are carrying on our music!

  • Just saw Jersey Boys at the National Theater in Washington DC. We loved it! I had no idea what they'd gone through growing up as well as trying to get the group together. "Who Loves You" is my favorite. I have a whole different opinion of Frankie Valli after learning how well he treated the others (especially DeVito). Now I know why The Four Seasons became Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons (and it wasn't a diva move by FV which was a big surprise to me!).

  • the quality of this posting is exceptional.a wonderful memory of years gone by...music to my ears....top draw......10/10

  • 7 people apparently don't know who loves them

  • This was the opening song for a Show Band back in 1977. I worked at the place they used to play. When I hear this song it reminds me of the the young woman I fell in love with, the one that I knew I would love for all my life. When she sent me away it broke my heart but those few months she thought she loved me were the happiest and most cherished of all my memories. I will love her forever.

  • @carlster123 you're right. you have a cute love story from 2 months ago.

  • love this song!!!

  • stop saying your fucking age wtff man

  • @TheM3tAlKid When you get a certian age in your life you will understand why wew mention our age youngster. You will see in the end.

  • Benito, Arturo, Gualbeto... Its great!

  • Great songs like this never go away. And in times of shortage like today one sees how great the greats are.

  • This song actually reminds me of tornado safety "F0 tornadoes may be blocked out by hills, mountains etc. atleast sometimes but F1 (EF1) tornadoes and stronger than F1 tornadoes cannot be stopped".

  • i like this song

  • jersey boys is in my town this month, i goin three or four times, hell yahhh

  • who gonna love me

  • I tracked this down because of "Drop Baby Drop" by Mana'o Company who quotes that line " who loves you pretty baby"..An Uncle who had surfed from 5-10am that morning played Drop Baby Drop on ukulele at a recent birthday party in Hawaii and I knew I had heard those lines before....ah...yes!.... Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons!

  • This song makes people act funny

  • I don't have a cute love story from the '70's. I'm 13 and I discovered this song when my dad played it on his iPod. I observed how his eyes lit up and immediately turned to my mom and dropped everything that was in his hands to go dance with her. That's the magic within this song. Love.

  • @carlster123 That is really cool. Hope you find that same type of love in your life.

  • @carlster123 That is very mature of you to have understood this. Your parents don't sound like they are even from that generation of having grown up listening to this song so it is definitely the magic of this song that appeals to so many.

  • @carlster123 wow, i literally started tearing up, so perceptive for one so young

  • @carlster123 I LOVE your comment!! It's crazy that you're so young and never knew the song when it was released, and yet you "get" the sense of nostalgia that this kind of music evokes for so many people. I was six, maybe seven years old when this song came out, but I just fell in love with it, too, and (like a LOT of other songs from that era!), it's always been playing in the background for me . . . and it always makes ME light up, too. Thank you for posting it, kiddo!! :-))
