I imported the voice into 3dsM, and so I had a guide to work off, and judge roughly how many times the jaw opens for each word. I know there's more to the shape your mouth makes when it talks than just open/closed, but all I was aiming for was the basics. Before this I'd only done about 8 seconds lip-sync.
