Yes, the characters mean "Lin" Incorporated if you read it out loud in Mandarin, or "Lam" Incorporated if in Cantonese. Since this is Hong Kong, the likely dialect would be Cantonese. Btw, these are the same exact characters on the huge neon corporate sign right outside that room. They gave you the clue right there. :)
