i dont know wher to buy them, but on seeing this i created my own from 10inch pieces of titanium and rivited them to an old pair of boots, its like ice skating but they wear down quik but they give the best colour of sparks. bit sketchy at speed but you know its all in the fun.

get titanium and screw it on your boot, for better result you can use some magnesium to it gives better sparks
